Soodie transitioned her career from designer to tattoo artist, in pursuit of more creative expression. She is driven by the challenge of capturing both the complexity and simplicity of life in monochromatic shades. Rooted in Black and Grey Realism, Soodie is inspired by classical statues and the beauty of the human form, which she translates to detailed, realistic tattoos.
